Exam Overview

The CRCR examination is an online, proctored multiple-choice exam covering the full revenue cycle: financial fundamentals and KPIs (MAP Keys), pre-service, time-of-service, and post-service operations, plus regulatory and compliance requirements. A score of 70% or higher is required to earn the credential.
