About This Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation certification provides an introduction to ITIL 4's end-to-end IT/digital service management framework. It covers the Service Value System (SVS), the four dimensions model, ITIL guiding principles, key practices, and how ITIL integrates with modern approaches including Agile, DevOps, and Lean.
Exam Overview
The ITIL 4 Foundation exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions with a 60-minute time limit. A minimum score of 65% (26/40 correct) is required to pass. It is administered online by PeopleCert or at authorized testing centers globally.
