About This Certification

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification validates advanced competency in applying DMAIC methodology to lead focused improvement projects within an organization. Green Belts combine Lean principles with Six Sigma statistical tools to eliminate defects, reduce variation, and improve process performance with measurable business results.

Exam Overview

The LSSGB exam typically consists of 100–150 multiple-choice questions with a 3-hour time limit. A minimum score of 70% is required. The IASSC exam is 110 questions. Available at testing centers and online from CSSC, IASSC, or ASQ-accredited providers.
